Returns and Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Refunds may only be issued in the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges meeting the above conditions will be processed by Basque Imports within approximately 10 business days of receipt at our facility.
If you need your item shipped faster than standard shipping, please give us a call or send an email. We are happy to work with you to get your items when you need them.
Some items, due to unusual sizing and/or weight, cannot be ordered online. They are marked call to order. To purchase these items please call and we will process your order manually.
